The ALL-GAS Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Propane Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Propane Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our propane installations, service, and delivery within Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential customers to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with service technicians to generate accurate sales quotes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous propane experience is preferred.
- Competitive salary with commission totaling approximately $65,000 for the first year and over $80,000 targeted for the second year.
