Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Military Engines Warehouse Quality team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with operational teams to foster strong relationships, focusing on swift problem resolution and enhancing process efficiency. Implement and maintain quality control systems and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze technical documentation and work instructions to support engineering and operational excellence. Review process control documentation to verify adherence to established requirements and objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of quality activities to identify systemic issues and develop targeted improvement strategies. Drive the implementation of proactive quality initiatives to enhance overall product quality. Execute root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for quality issues in products and processes. Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) within the aerospace sector. Proven ability to lead investigations into product or process non-conformance. Proficiency in interpreting technical engineering drawings. Familiarity with AS9100 standards and quality management practices. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and Excel. Background in Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodologies. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to simplify complex quality management concepts for diverse audiences. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and innovation.

This position is primarily onsite, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and hands-on involvement in our operations.
