Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operational teams to foster relationships that prioritize swift problem-solving and enhance quality and delivery. Develop, implement, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems. Assess technical documentation and work instructions to support engineering and operational needs. Review process control documentation to ensure compliance with established requirements and objectives. Analyze quality-related activities to identify and address systemic issues, driving the development of targeted quality improvement initiatives. Formulate and execute proactive quality strategies, ensuring their effective implementation. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for products and processes. Advocate for a culture of quality within the organization, adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Cardinal Rules.Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) for aircraft engines. Proven ability to lead investigations into product or process non-conformance. Proficiency in interpreting technical engineering drawings. Familiarity with AS9100 standards and experience in root cause and corrective action methodologies. Strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel. Background in CORE, ACE, or Six Sigma training. Experience with SAP and MS Office applications. Ability to translate Quality Management Systems (QMS) and MRO requirements into accessible terms for various stakeholders. Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to project ownership and timely delivery. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently. Compensation:
The salary range for this role is between 64,000 USD and 128,000 USD, reflecting various experience levels. We consider multiple factors when extending offers, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, and education.
