Job Title: Executive Office Manager

mba Aviation is seeking an exceptional Executive Office Manager to lead our office administration team. This role will oversee the coordination of daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and provide high-level support to senior executives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of senior executive appointments and travel arrangements
  • Oversee the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive review
  • Coordinate company-wide events, including summer outings, happy hours, and end-of-year parties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive office management or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
