About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Advanced Radar Products Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure the successful production and sustainment of our radar systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital/RF/power circuitry and interfaces.
  • Resolve issues on production line test sets in NTX and other sites outside of NTX – travel to Forest and other sites is required. Expect about 10-20% travel.
  • Work in a team environment to assure the production and sustainment turnaround time is met.
  • Analysis of test data of products to make sure test specifications are met.
  • Reading and interpreting and applying engineering drawings, including assembly drawings, parts lists, wire lists, and schematics.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline such as Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline with minimum of 5 years related experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Experience with fault isolation, troubleshooting at the system to WRA/LRU/Card level and/or experience with reading & interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Experience with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers
  • Experience working a production program.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
