Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with residential clients.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, prompt issue resolution, and tailored solutions that meet individual needs.
  • Business Development: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

About You:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with fiber internet technology and its applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
