  • Collaborate with USCRI's leadership team, program staff, and board members to cultivate and solicit key donors.
  • Support USCRI's individual giving initiatives and work with the VP of Strategic Development, Development Associate for Donor Services and Engagement, and Communications team to create and implement annual fundraising campaigns.
  • Utilize USCRI's CRM to document donor interactions and contributions, schedule follow-up meetings, and project revenue; generate monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Travel to meet with key individual donors as necessary.

  • Proven experience in building and managing a donor portfolio with a successful record of securing substantial individual contributions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to USCRI's mission and an interest in long-term growth within a nonprofit development and fundraising environment.

Training Requirements
