Major Gifts Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Major Gifts Officer to join our team at Core Ventures LLC. As a key member of our advancement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with donors and build relationships to secure major gifts
* Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and solicit major gift prospects
* Collaborate with the Chief Advancement Officer and CEO to develop and implement fundraising plans
* Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors
* Identify and pursue new funding opportunities
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in donor development, sales, or business development
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in communications, marketing, or business
* Proven track record of developing successful donor networks and securing major gifts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
