About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team of designers and support staff in transforming client visions into reality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers and support staff to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including design, construction, and project management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Current P.E. license required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong background in design, construction, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
