Position Overview
This role is based in our Loveland, CO office. The Civil Engineering Project Manager is responsible for guiding a team of designers and support personnel to bring client visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and the project team.
- Oversee design criteria and ensure efficient plan preparation.
- Address design challenges using engineering principles and established standards.
- Maintain project controls to guarantee accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Ensure technical excellence, profitability, and timely communication with clients.
- Manage project staff, including design engineers and CAD operators, while mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and technical applications.
Skills Required
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for land development design, including grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 per year. TAIT offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
