Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering projects that meet or exceed their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapting to changing project requirements.
