About the Role:

Alera Group is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to support our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and thorough responses to client needs, adhering to established departmental expectations, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct yourself in accordance with the provisions of the High Performance Team Contract.
  • Consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to clients' needs and requests.
  • Evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Participate in seminars and classes to enhance skills and develop core competencies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scanning mail, delivering faxes, and communicating employee absences.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Strong professional presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Good communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing focus.
