- Managing Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including medical history, contact information, and appointment schedules.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as processing payments, reconciling accounts, and organizing files.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Two years of medical, veterinary, or dental office client service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule is required, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts.
