Job Description

Momentum is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Architect to join our Enterprise Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing an architecture strategy for our HRIS and other People & Culture team tools.

As an HR Systems Architect at Momentum, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and strategize on solutions that align with business needs and goals. You will be responsible for reviewing and solutioning current systems, drafting training materials for internal users, and leading meetings with various teams to follow up on deliverables related to system updates or new configurations.

You will also provide leadership to oversee and delegate tasks from a ticket queue for providing technical support related to key HR system issues and data inquiries. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders and partners across the Momentum team to design the right reports and dashboards within Workday and provide insights into various metrics and trends.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience with leading design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support for multiple functional areas of Workday implementations. You should also have full suite knowledge and experience with Workday Human Resource Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Projects, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement an architecture strategy for our HRIS and other People & Culture team tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and strategize on solutions
  • Review and solution current systems, draft training materials for internal users, and lead meetings with various teams

Requirements:
