We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our AI-Accelerated Tables team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a portfolio of AI-accelerated table offerings, including Predictive I/O, Predictive Optimization, and Liquid clustering.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the Vision: Develop and execute a strategic vision for AI-accelerated tables, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with top customers to understand their data management needs and pain points, and work closely with them to identify opportunities for AI optimization.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to define and deliver the next generation of AI-accelerated offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Market Launches: Work with marketing and field teams to launch new AI-accelerated offerings, including defining OKRs, addressing adoption blockers, and iterating on capabilities to make them more compelling.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by identifying and addressing sharp edges and roadblocks that prevent adoption, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven track record of success in product management, with experience in bringing new products to market and growing their adoption.
- Enterprise Product Experience: Experience working with enterprise or SaaS products, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Technical Skills: Strong data analysis and operationalization skills, with experience working with SQL, Python, and other technical tools.
