Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Prospect Medical Holdings. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized medical and/or surgical nursing care to acute or complex, critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a plan of care for a specific group of assigned patients
  • Perform professional nursing duties that incorporate the psychosocial, psychomotor and age appropriate cognitive skills of the patient/family/significant other
  • Recognize change in patient's clinical conditions, taking appropriate action and documenting intervention
  • Effectively collaborate with the health care team to intervene, and advocate as necessary
  • Develop long and short-term goals consistent with treatment plans, standards of practice, and the plan of care
Requirements
  • Active, current, and unencumbered Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • AHA Basic Life Support
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $51.20 - $70.40 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
