Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Coloradoacc. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients on admission and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Supervise and evaluate the nursing care provided by other caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
  • BCLS certification and ACLS required.
  • Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
