Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications, utilizing the seven rights of medication administration
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- BCLS certification and ACLS required
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care
- Competitive hourly rate: $57.25
