We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Kindred Hospitals. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and routes of administration.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition, taking prompt action to address any concerns or complications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including therapy and procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
