Job Summary

Triton Medical Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a critical member of our staff, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration: Verify patient documentation, examine and process new patient information, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer and respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless scheduling processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems, update patient records, and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Account Management
  • Claims and Billing: Review and process claims, appeal incorrect payments, and ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and external vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred.
