Role Overview: The IT Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Delivery team by ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary administrative liaison for the Service Delivery team.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Oversee the submission and execution of provisioning tasks within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage departmental procurement activities.
  • Safeguard sensitive customer and third-party information in compliance with company policies.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Assist the Service Delivery Manager in generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Support the SDM and administrative team with various tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Engineers to ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule.
  • Monitor active service deliveries, identifying and reporting any issues related to deadlines or technical difficulties.
  • Review customer documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain up-to-date ticket management systems, tracking status and due dates while assisting in monitoring service desk queues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in report generation and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is imperative.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience in Telecommunications or IT sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Prior administrative experience in a Telecommunications or similar service environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in office software applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is highly advantageous.
