Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional and digital marketing, with expertise in website management, SEO, and Local Service Ads (LSA). This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize performance across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee and manage the company's website, ensuring it aligns with branding and business goals, while optimizing for user experience and conversions.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase traffic, and enhance online visibility.
  • Local Service Ads (LSA): Implement and manage LSA campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase local business exposure.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support overall business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and understand customer needs.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and digital advertising.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and making adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and design to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Website Management: Hands-on experience managing websites, content updates, and ensuring website performance optimization.
  • SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), and proven experience in improving search rankings.
  • Local Service Ads (LSA): Experience managing and optimizing LSA campaigns to generate local business leads.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry is a major plus.
