As a Physical Therapy Clinic Director, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and helping our team members achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage budgets, oversee equipment and supply purchases, and ensure the maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, marketing our services to existing and new physicians to drive new patient growth.
- Lead and motivate our team with servant leadership, prioritizing the needs of our patients and staff.
- A terminal degree from an accredited institution, preferably a Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state of employment.
- At least three years of experience as a therapist, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training is a plus.
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification is highly valued.
