Job Overview:
The Spa Services Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the Spa's cleanliness and performs various housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related sector.


This role demands meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Must be capable of conveying information and ideas clearly.

Ability to assess and choose among various courses of action swiftly and accurately is essential.

Must thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain composure and objectivity.

Core Duties:
Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards, which may vary based on the hotel's needs.

Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand standards).

Adhere to company standards and regulations at all times to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Utilize proper radio etiquette when communicating with fellow team members.

Employ a daily checklist to complete assigned tasks.


Ensure the Spa Indoor Pool and Health Club areas are kept clean and tidy, including dusting tables and chairs, removing soiled towels, and replenishing beverage supplies.

Maintain cleanliness in restrooms by conducting regular checks and keeping floors dry at all times.

Clean Health Club equipment using approved disinfectant products.

Deliver and replenish clean towels in designated areas as necessary.

Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly.

Report any deficiencies to the appropriate supervisor.

Complete special projects as directed by the Spa Director.

Before leaving, collect all trash and dispose of it in designated dumpsters according to hotel procedures.

Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow team members, and oneself.

Address all guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

Handle lost and found items according to hotel standards.

At the end of the shift, return all keys and assignment sheets to the Spa Office.

Be familiar with company policies and house rules.

Team members must consistently be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and other associates.

Vacuum guest corridors as trained.

Maintain stairwells to hotel standards.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of Spa and linen rooms.

Attend meetings as required by management.

Perform any other duties as requested by management.
