Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Drive membership acquisition and repeat business by leading your team to excel in customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and retain a skilled team of spa professionals to meet the demands of our clientele throughout the year.
  • Performance Coaching: Mentor your team to achieve their sales targets and maximize their earnings through various revenue streams, including gift card sales and retail offerings.

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 3 years of management experience in the spa, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • A genuine passion for wellness and a strong desire to promote the benefits of spa services.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
