Laboratory Assistant II

As a Laboratory Assistant II at The Hospitals of Providence, you will perform routine technical and clerical functions. Your responsibilities will include performing venipuncture, receiving and distributing laboratory specimens, and conducting CLIA waived laboratory tests as requested. This is a per diem rotate position, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and other laboratory procedures as needed
Receive and distribute laboratory specimens to the appropriate departments
Conduct CLIA waived laboratory tests as requested
Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory results
Requirements:
Certified Laboratory Assistant II certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
