Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Transformation and Change team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-impact projects that transform our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and analyze organizational changes resulting from large-scale ERP technology implementations, identifying necessary change management and communications interventions.
  • Create customized project management roadmaps based on client needs and implement change management activities for each project phase.
  • Ensure key change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Lead change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop engagement and communication plans to support stakeholders during organizational transitions.
  • Design readiness and skilling content leveraging multiple modalities, incorporating customer experience and learning development best practices.
  • Determine metrics and measures to track progress, reinforce behavior, and adjust implementation results.
  • Document new ways of working and process flows to support stakeholders in navigating future state roles and organizations.
  • Apply Project Management and Change Management frameworks and methods in various roles.
  • Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations.
  • Lead and manage Sia Partners resources on projects.
  • Develop and mentor consultants within the business unit or on client accounts.
  • Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure common understanding of timelines and overlaps.
  • Develop Executive-level presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional client value.
  • Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting, marketing, and more.
  • Drive Business Development activities to meet personal sales targets.
  • Engage in activities supporting our company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities.
  • Maintain program sites as repositories for project information.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.
