Job Title: Transformation Project Manager - Global Payroll

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager - Global Payroll to lead our payroll transformation project. The successful candidate will have experience in global HRIS/tech transformation projects, including data migration and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely and quality delivery of Technology re-design in each country as a part of Global Payroll Transformation project
* Cooperate with vendors to ensure technical requirements are well described, understood, agreed and signed off
* Own data management activities, including data cleansing and system/data retention
* Assist with test scripts for End to End testing, conduct all Tech related testing, conduct defects fixing
* Closely cooperate with Global Tech Lead to ensure that technical changes are synchronized with payroll processes transformation
* Escalate any deviations and propose solutions to Global Technology Delivery Lead
* Manage technology related change requests
* Prepare technology related documentation and knowledge management

Key Skills and Qualification:

* 12-15 Years of exposure in the HR Payroll side of the things
* Global HRIS/ Tech Transformation projects experience (global payroll transformation preferred)
* Expertise in ITMS, SMART controls and HR technology standards
* Experience in testing software usage (HP ALM preferred)
* Project management certification preferred
* Analytical thinking
* Fluent English
* HR Operations & payroll background is a strong asset
