Work Schedule:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, including flexible shifts
  • Compensation: Starting at $14/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates who are adaptable, patient-focused, excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and collaborative team members. Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming new and returning patients, assisting with registration, and providing guidance on what to expect during their visit.
  • Coordinating patient appointments both in-person and via phone.
  • Maintaining regular communication with various stakeholders, including legal representatives, insurance providers, and operational teams.
  • Handling patient payments, managing insurance approvals, and performing verifications.
  • Providing patients with essential information regarding their upcoming appointments during checkout.
  • Addressing inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a front desk role.
  • Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Experience with insurance verification processes.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout the workday.
  • Manual dexterity for typing and data entry.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs safely.
  • Ability to carry office supplies weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Visual acuity to maintain accurate records and recognize individuals.
  • Effective communication skills to understand and convey information clearly.
