As a crucial member of our healthcare facility, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive. Work Schedule:

- Hours: 40 hours per week, including flexible shifts
- Compensation: Starting at $14/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates who are adaptable, patient-focused, excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and collaborative team members. Your primary duties will include:
- Welcoming new and returning patients, assisting with registration, and providing guidance on what to expect during their visit.
- Coordinating patient appointments both in-person and via phone.
- Maintaining regular communication with various stakeholders, including legal representatives, insurance providers, and operational teams.
- Handling patient payments, managing insurance approvals, and performing verifications.
- Providing patients with essential information regarding their upcoming appointments during checkout.
- Addressing inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk role.
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Experience with insurance verification processes.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout the workday.
- Manual dexterity for typing and data entry.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Ability to carry office supplies weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Visual acuity to maintain accurate records and recognize individuals.
- Effective communication skills to understand and convey information clearly.
