- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to increase service sales and revenue growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
- Experience: Minimum three years of experience in the commercial roofing industry or related construction experience.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, including Office and Adobe Acrobat, and ability to calculate figures and apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently ascend/descend ladders up to 40 feet, and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Competitive Compensation: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour range, with average annual salaries exceeding $85,000.
- Benefits: Health insurance, dental, vision care, three annual bonus opportunities, 401K plan with discretionary match, paid time off, and free life insurance.
