Job Title: Operations Manager

CMI Management LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing custodial services and leading a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full oversight of custodial services and lead a team of staff
  • Client-facing role with a focus on delivering key deliverables for our company
  • Manage profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and health and safety of employees
  • Understand client retention as a daily process through thoughtful action and attitude
  • Ensure a visible account-level presence to foster and maintain effective working relationships with clients
  • Align key Dexterra contacts with like positions or titles within the client organization
  • Communicate performance expectations, monitor, and reward performance to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met
  • Act as a talent scout to identify, recruit, and vet proposed Dexterra people
  • Ensure succession plans are regularly reviewed and plans for career growth are supported by a personal development plan
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of operational experience in building operations
  • Experience managing an 800k sq feet facility
  • Must possess a DC First Class Operators License
  • Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support
  • Attracts, develops, and retains employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting people strategies
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role, possibly including visits to various facilities and locations
