Overview

In this esteemed position as a Home Health Clinical Manager at AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership and Compliance: Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations, ensuring services are in compliance with professional standards, agency policy and procedure, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Oversight of Patient Care: Coordinate referrals, patient care with an interdisciplinary team approach, and assure the development, implementation, and updating of individualized plans of care.
  • Clinical Oversight of Personnel: Ensure clinicians, including contract staff, have required training, competency, and supervision, and make patient and personnel assignments to ensure assigned staff have demonstrated competence in required tasks and services.
  • Quality and Compliance: Participate in QA and performance improvement activities, review and investigate incidents, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
  • Possess and maintain CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
  • Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
