Licensed Clinical Social Worker

At Carolina Therapeutic Services, we strive to provide exceptional mental health care to children and families in need. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting optimum mental health through prevention-focused counseling.
This position will involve working with individuals and groups to address a range of mental health concerns, including addiction, family dynamics, and stress management. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of client records, performing assessments and behavioral screenings, and developing treatment plans.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain weekly Medicaid billable hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records.
- Perform assessments and behavioral screenings as assigned.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
- Counsel clients and patients individually and in group sessions.
- Collect information about clients through interviews, observation, and tests.
- Act as client advocates to coordinate required services or resolve emergency problems.
- Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in a human service field and full or provisional licensure status (LCSW, PLCSW, LPC, LPCA, LCASA eligible or Ph.D.).
- Behavioral Screening Certification.
