Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Power Storage Solutions. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cutting-edge battery solutions for telecommunications and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain battery systems, including construction of superstructures, iron work, cabling, and removal of batteries and associated chargers, control, and distribution.
  • Participate in all aspects of installation projects, including site layout, troubleshooting, revenue enhancement, customer relations, and safety management.
  • Develop and implement technical capabilities of internal resources, administer policies, and supervise job-specific staff on assigned service/installation projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DC power and telecommunications technology to provide industry-leading installation processes and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience with DC power installation/services technician responsibility.
  • Broad installation/service experience encompassing field engineering, material coordination, and site layout, troubleshooting, revenue enhancement, customer relations, safety management within the DC power industry.
  • Meet minimum customer-specific criteria for projects assigned.
  • Meet requirements of Level 3 installer as defined in Telcordia GR 1275 document.
