Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for clients' IT equipment and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel within a designated radius to provide on-site support and maintenance services.
  • Understand and apply AC/DC and backup power concepts to resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarize yourself with various operating systems, including Windows OS, OSX, and Linux/Unix.
  • Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of client-scope IT equipment issues.
  • Occasionally work at heights of 20 to 25 feet, with lift equipment training provided.
  • Document efforts, issues, and resolutions, and close cases/tickets daily.
  • Experience desired in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectors.
  • Insight into POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, APs, Servers, Network switch equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 2+ years of IT technical support experience.
  • Hands-on Break-Fix experience.
  • CompTIA A+ certification (preferred).
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Net+ CompTIA certification preferred.
  • Driver's License (Required).
