SOSi is seeking a Process Coordinator to support a project for our government customer in Casa Grande, AZ.

Job Summary:

The Process Coordinator will be responsible for receiving data gathered by immigration officers, maintaining the well-being of detainees, and communicating in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive data from immigration officers for initial intake of detainees
  • Maintain the well-being of detainees outside of a secure complex, inventorying and storing personal property
  • Communicate in Spanish with detainees and other stakeholders
  • Log the status of welfare checks and input information into the processing system
  • Draft and maintain administrative paperwork and reports
  • Enter data into the customer portal and link family units and groups
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related job experience, such as data entry or customer service
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to pass a government background investigation
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
