Regional Sales Manager - Warehouse Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at STOW Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales activities from proposals to closing orders, building and managing relationships with distributors in the Northeastern territory, and presenting solutions to customers to provide value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and marketing efforts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Provide training and support to distributor sales and technical staff on our products and solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the material handling industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to customers
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and possibly internationally, with a strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales goals
