About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in a local marketplace. Your primary focus will be on generating sustainable, profitable growth by providing technical support and leadership to your team and customers. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, implementing and managing sales forecasting, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
- Business acumen and strategic approach, with a deep understanding of the industrial marketplace.
- Technical and mechanical capacity, with experience in flow control industry and instrumentation, valves, and calibration services.
- Experience in outside sales and selling roles within the industrial marketplace.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
