Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engine Rebuild Specialist to join our team at Quinn Company CAT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing engine components, including engines, transmissions, axles, fuel systems, and differentials.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in engine building, component rebuild, and transferable industry. A high school education or higher is required, and CAT experience is a plus.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing engine components
  • Performing engine rebuilds and repairs
  • Installing, replacing, and rebuilding engine components
  • Testing and quality checking engine components

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as intermediate or higher-level computer skills. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also required.

Physical requirements for this position include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and remain seated for 15 minutes or more while driving. The ability to bend, squat, stand, and reach as necessary is also required.
