About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Worldwide Grocery Stores Real Estate team. As a strategic finance partner, you will collaborate with various business teams to influence decision-making and empower the business to make informed investment choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Grocery Real Estate proforma analyses and ensure accuracy of leasing reporting and tracking.
  • Partner with Real Estate and Launch & Expansion teams to provide FMV analysis and assess regional market rate impacts.
  • Analyze current Real Estate processes and influence key decisions across multiple investment projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance scalability and productivity.
  • Contribute to highly visible planning documents, including OP1, Guidance, REC packages, and CAR reviews.
  • Own key deliverables for month-end close and controllership functions.
  • Independently use financial and business systems, including COGNOS, Coupa, Tango, and Sales Force, to work with and manage large data sets.
  • Provide support with quarterly GRC framework requirements and conduct ad-hoc analysis to influence investment decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, financial systems, and investment valuations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
