About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Worldwide Grocery Stores Real Estate team. As a strategic finance partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the long-term strategy and future of grocery, omni-channel, and new physical store formats across Amazon.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with a diverse range of business teams, including Real Estate, Capital Planning, Launch & Expansion, and Legal, to influence strategic decision-making and empower the business to make informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully own the Grocery Real Estate proforma analyses
  • Partner closely with Real Estate and Launch & Expansion to ensure accuracy of leasing reporting and tracking, and serve as the Finance owner for portfolio management across multiple grocery banners
  • Partner with Real State to provide FMV (Fair Market Value) analysis and assess regional market rate impacts
  • Analyze current Real Estate processes and influence key decisions across multiple investments projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance scalability and productivity
  • Contribute to highly visible planning documents, including OP1, Guidance, REC packages, CAR reviews, etc.
  • Own key deliverables for month-end close and controllership functions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, solving complex business challenges, and delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations
