Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a Program Finance Lead to support multiple programs in the National Security Sector. As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with program managers to define financial goals and objectives, create and maintain program budgets, and analyze progress against program baselines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis to program managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present on-contract growth proposals for customers, working closely with other functional areas on financial-related elements.
  • Manage program general ledgers, monitor cash flow, and develop and drive financial forecasts, EACs.
  • Identify programmatic risks and opportunities that impact program financials, recommending cost reductions and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Responsible for financial performance of the program, including Annual Operating Plans, Monthly/Quarterly forecasts, and FP&A activities.
  • Perform month-end closings, variance/trend analyses, cash management, and inventory analysis.
  • Deliverables include Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), AOP, and Quarterly Forecast.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience related to program finance or additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Familiarity with multiple contract types, such as FFP, LOE, CPFF, and T&M.
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Government contracting industry experience.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance up to Full Scope Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Leidos Financial Systems and Processes: Costpoint, Fusion, Deltek.
  • Excel Expertise and PowerPoint Presentations.

Pay Range: $68,550.00 - $124,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
