Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our service request team. This role focuses on managing Moves, Adds, and Changes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier I & II technical support to end users.
  • Assist with end user relocations and hardware installations.
  • Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage phone installations and support.
  • Build, install, and troubleshoot PCs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Experience with Active Directory and documentation/ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Permanent authorization to work in the USA.
