We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and report on large, complex, and company-wide change portfolios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, both in Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and investigate enterprise portfolios to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop expert knowledge on key portfolios of change and communicate key details clearly and concisely to executive leaders and risk management experts.
  • Manage change portfolio performance for the company's largest, most complex, and highest risk change initiatives.
  • Partner with business, technology, risk, and control executives to influence approaches to improve change delivery and risk management.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of direct experience managing and reporting on extremely large, complex, and/or company-wide change portfolios.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in change management, both in Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Expert experience in conducting complex analysis and communicating results and recommendations to executive audiences.
