Portfolio Agile Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Agile Coach to join our Transformation Office team at Selective Insurance Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and product orientation aligned with our strategic plan.
As a Portfolio Agile Coach, you will work closely with senior business leaders, value stream leaders, and product managers to refine their business strategy and portfolio vision. You will guide them in creating and refining epics and features, measured by defined OKRs and KPIs.
You will also drive agile and product maturity for a portfolio of approximately 15 teams, identifying current gaps and challenges, building a coaching plan, and guiding the team through advancing their teams, programs, and portfolio. You will measure successful outcomes and establish portfolio-level ceremonies, including the creation and management of epic kanban boards.
Additionally, you will coach product managers and product owners on expected skills and behaviors, drive continuous improvement on agile teams, programs, and departments, and facilitate tracking and reporting of agile metrics at the program level.
Qualifications for this role include strong leadership and communication skills, experience with Agile work management software, and knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) values, principles, and practices. A strong command of SAFe is required, as well as experience with Agile work management software, especially Microsoft Azure DevOps.
We offer a competitive salary range of $131,600 - $188,000, based on geographic location and qualifications.
