Luxury Auto Sales Manager

Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Auto Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the auto industry, and a passion for luxury vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of luxury auto sales associates, setting goals and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, promoting strong work ethics and developing sales strategies to increase revenue
- Train and develop sales associates, providing ongoing product knowledge and sales techniques training
- Oversee daily sales operations and actively participate in sales transactions, assisting customers and closing deals when necessary
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Service, and Marketing to create a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on latest auto industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decisions
- Be accountable for the overall profitability of the sales department and take necessary actions to meet or exceed established targets
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws
- Prefer a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury auto sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Finance experience required
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of auto industry trends and market conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
