Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and visual presentations.
  • Operations: Ensure all daily tasks are completed, including maintaining store standards, processing transactions, and supporting inventory management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
