City Club Apartments LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents by effectively demonstrating the value of our community's features and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our community's features, amenities, and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by uncovering and overcoming prospect objections and asking for a monetary commitment from every tour of the community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, including leads, tours, and rentals.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and leasing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent of four (4) years of commission-based sales experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of two (4) years of recent relevant sales (commission-based) experience.
- Previous employment within an upscale to luxury product environment (retail or hospitality welcomed).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule; any day of the week including weekends.
- If required, leasing license or obtain within 120 days of employment.
- Ability to write and communicate professionally in English to engage with residents in-person, in writing, or through other forms of communication.
- Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check.
