Project Manager – Environmental Remediation & Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to contribute to our operations in the environmental remediation and construction sector. This role is vital for overseeing significant contracts and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to develop schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
  • Review and approve project documentation, processes, and quality control measures to guarantee the integrity of final deliverables.
  • Set performance objectives and conduct evaluations for team members to foster professional growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans, ensuring all site personnel are informed and compliant.
  • Oversee legal compliance and monitor security protocols at project sites.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project developments and milestones.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of project progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within environmental remediation projects.
  • Experience working on Department of Energy (DOE) projects is preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification in a Project Management program is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably in engineering or chemistry.
  • Completion of safety training focused on radiological and chemical hazards is essential.
