Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our brand and will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail store associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, and conducting product counts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safekeeping of company assets and property.
- Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to achieve operational objectives.
- 2-year post-secondary education and 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to produce sales results and minimize loss.
- Strong supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
